ITMTRADING Return & Refund Policy

This policy specifies the return, exchange and refund rules for all physical precious metal products (gold bars, silver bars, gold coins, silver coins) of ITMTRADING, ensuring fair and standardized rights protection for both buyers and sellers. All transactions are subject to this official return policy.

1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

Customers can apply for return within 5 working days after signing for the package. Return applications are only applicable to:

• Product damage, deformation or quality problems caused by logistics transportation

• Inconsistent product specifications with the order

• Wrong goods delivered by our store

Unacceptable Return Situations:

• Products damaged, scratched, disassembled or unsealed artificially after receipt

• Normal market price fluctuation of precious metals (no price difference refund support)

• Personal subjective dislike, unnecessary purchase and other non-quality problems

• Products marked as final sale

2. Return Product Requirements

All returned products must keep original factory packaging, complete accessories, intact anti-counterfeiting seals and no traces of use or damage. Unqualified returned goods will not be accepted.

3. Return & Refund Process

1. Submit a return application via official email within the valid time limit, and provide order number, product photos and package proof

2. Our team will review the application within 48 hours and reply with return instructions

3. Customers send back goods according to the designated return address

4. After we receive and verify the intact goods, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working days, and the funds will be returned via the original payment channel

4. Fee Description

• For quality problems or our delivery errors: we bear return shipping fees and full refund

• For customer voluntary returns in line with the policy: customers bear round-trip shipping fees, and the original shipping cost of the order will be deducted from the refund amount

• Precious metal returns will be subject to reasonable market loss fees caused by real-time metal price fluctuations

5. After-Sales Explanation

Once the return period expires, no return or exchange application will be accepted. We strictly abide by transaction rules to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
